To return your purchase for a full refund, it should have been purchased within the last 30 days.
The item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in the original packaging.

Once the return is received and inspected, the email will be sent notifying of the item receipt and of the refund status.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the item arrived defective or damaged, it can be exchanged.

The products come with a one year warranty from the date of purchase.
If the item is not working properly, please, contact us at info@ferro.llc to troubleshoot the problem and, in case it cannot be solved, to arrange a replacement.
The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and shipping charges incurred to get a replacement product.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
